1.Banana Ghosts

Simply peel some bananas, and add dark chocolate chips for the eyes and mouth. Or get fancy and melt some dark chocolate, dripping on eyes and a mouth. A tasty snack filled with fiber and potassium.

2.Skeleton Veggie Tray

Add some color and nutrients with this fun skeleton veggie tray – much easier to make than you think! Simply slice your favorite veggies and assemble in the shape of a skeleton – don’t forget the dip and some olives for eyes!

3.Monster Apple Teeth

Simple & easy- and made from pantry staples. Simply slices apples, fill two slices with peanut or almond butter, and add in yogurt-covered fruit or marshmallows for “teeth”. A perfect combo of fiber-rich carbs and protein for long-lasting fuel!

4.Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites

An easy no-bake treat! Simply mix together the following: 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 3 TBS honey, 1 1/3 cup rolled oats, 2/3 cup of granola, 1 TBS. ground flax seed, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Mix until a dough forms. Let sit in fridge for up to 1 hour. Once chilled, roll into bite sized balls and enjoy!

5.Orange Pumpkins

Two options: ether peel small mandarin oranges and add a celery stick to the top, or keep the peel on, and sharpie fun jack-o-lantern faces on the outside. Kids love it!
