Lauren LaDelfa, RDN, LD

Lauren LaDelfa MS, RD, LD completed her undergraduate in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Clemson University before pursuing a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Tampa.

After completing her dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma, Lauren moved back to South Carolina to be closer to her family and the coast.  With a previous background in athletics and collegiate sport nutrition, she made a career switch and is now the Lowcountry Regional Manager at CNC.  She discovered her true passion in the long-term care setting, advocating for improved quality of life for her residents’ through food and nutrition and high standards of care.

When not consulting, you would find her knitting, hanging out with her orange cat Io, or trying to keep her houseplants alive.
